Digital Designer

· Zagreb, Grad Zagreb
Employment Type Full-Time
Minimum Experience Mid-level

The mission of Bornfight is to build and scale digital products that help people achieve continuous and repeatable success.

Our philosophy of achieving progress through determination, doing things that are challenging and sometimes even borderline impossible, has led us to an incredible amount of success over the years. What kind of success? We won multiple awards for design and development, such as Awwwards' Agency of the Year. We were named the second best employer in Croatia — which is absolutely amazing, but it also means we got more work to do in order to claim the top spot. Companies that have approached us to create new digital experiences for them now include global powerhouses such as Lufthansa, British American Tobacco, Rimac Automobili, Infobip and Photomath.

And the most important success — we assembled a team of more than 80 specialists who wield the knowledge, the processes and the mindset needed to build digital products from scratch, and to guide them towards market success.

We'll be a little cheeky and say — not bad for a company launched in 2018.

But we’re not done, and we want you to join us on this path that leads to even larger achievements!

Even though we’re sure you’ve read all about the Bornfight culture, we like to think that designers are quite special in that regard. Apart from nerding out when it comes to typefaces and having a weird sense of humour, our design team also takes pride in its creativity and enthusiastic culture.

And now it’s time to add someone new to this creative bunch.

So, how do you know if you’d be a great fit for the team?

You take pride in your work, and know how to create a nice-looking, mouth-watering design. That being said, you also realize that design only has meaning after it fulfills its goals for its users.

You also like to work with people who share your passion towards design (not to be confused with the “graphic design is my passion” meme), and who will support you in your crazy ideas. Also, you can give honest feedback (and accept one too)!

In order to create even better digital products, tools and applications that will help our partners and clients achieve progress, we decided to further strengthen and expand the expertise of our Digital Design team.

We think this approach works because it got us a bunch of prestigious awards such as: Awwwards, FWA. CSS Design Award and Awwwards User’s Choice Agency of the Year.

So, if you’ve got a keen eye for detail and you’re motivated to excel in the field of digital design, your portfolio and CV are something we’d really like to see!
