WE’RE HIRING A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Our People Operations team is growing, and this time we're looking to hire a person who can own and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes — all the way from creating job descriptions and sourcing, to building long-term relationships with candidates. Someone who has the experience and the know-how to implement strategies and activities that will enable us to supercharge the way we hire top talent — both in terms of quality and quantity.


As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll closely collaborate with all of the teams within Bornfight and Mediatoolkit — from the People Operations team you'll be a part of and the Employer Branding crew that, as their name says, are focused on conducting employer branding activities, all the way to guiding team leads and hiring managers as they strive to provide candidates with an excellent experience. 


If you can combine your strong data-driven approach that understands the importance of constant improvement, with an innovative mindset that's focused on implementing new ideas for attracting potential employees, you'll fit right into our team.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, build long-term relationships with candidates, and work closely with our employer branding team in developing strategies for attracting different candidate groups
  • Regularly analyze a variety of data related to the recruitment process, market trends, and people motivators that will help you make data-driven decisions in developing innovative and motivating approaches in attracting IT talent
  • Work closely with team leaders, advise them on how to improve the selection approach and ensure that candidates always have a great experience
  • Determine selection criteria - create job descriptions, evaluate responsibilities for each new open position with key stakeholders (hiring managers)
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • An affinity for numbers, data and goals 
  • Good understanding of the differences between various roles within IT organizations
  • Excellent handling of social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow and Github)
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Independent user of English language (B2) - both written and spoken
